Kiama Cemetery

Death is not something that humans think about often.

Today, Kesh and I thought, a little. We walked rows of history. A pathway into this area’s ancestry.

At the end of our walking, and after a little thought now, all I’ve got is this: Life is a beautiful thing. Share it.

  2. I used to enjoy the picnics my family had at Pioneer Park, Point Frederick. Great views of the water and area to play etc.. but it also has a pretty little cemetery. You should head over there on a nice sunny afternoon when you're next on the coast. There's something about taking time to see those who have been here before us. You're right though, life is special and very quick, share it.

Great pics once again. Enjoy viewing your blog.

  3. I grew up in Kiama- These images remind me of my childhood. Is this on the grounds of the anglican church near the blow hole? I was raised on those grounds in stuffy floral dresses and too tight shoes. 'Don't stand on the graves, Emily' I can hear it now. I Love Kiama. I must go back there!

  5. Kiama is the land flowing with milk and honey. You are lucky. I was raised on Kiama headland, easts beach. If you look at my 'my story' post there is a pic from our front yard- old school style. Most beautiful place ever. Just sussed your wifey's blog- what a talented pair.
