Never before have I seen such simple materials come together so beautifully. Timber walls and floors that hold up a tin roof, in the midst of the most special mountains, framed all fairytale like through windows of white.
Each morning, the sun hid its face behind the peaks and toyed with the lake, manifested as shimmers of the celestial kind.
It was the kind of place you really didn't want to leave.
That's ridiculous! NZ proves beautiful things come in small packages.
ReplyDeleteThat looks a little like my ultimate home. How perfect! And that view - Whoah!
ReplyDeletejaw dropping. How can a place be that beautiful? I am living in the wrong hemisphere! lou
ReplyDeleteTim your photos are GORGEOUS! As is NZ. I went there same time of year as you a few years ago...stunning. Are you going to drive down to Milford Sound and The Mitre? Such a beautiful place...
