Most times, my emails begin with one word - 'Hola'. I don't really know why, I just started doing it one day and it's stuck. If I'm feeling crazy, I'll sub it for 'Aloha' or something just as festive.
When Tessa first emailed me, there were only two questions she wanted answered: Where am I based and what was my availability. I'm not sure the answers to those questions mattered too much. In her reply, Tessa told me that I had her at 'Hola'.
