the frost family

The Frosts are your neighbours - the friendly kind who you'd have over for dinner or share a conversation with over the fence...and your kids would definitely play with their kids 'cos the Frost kids are the coolest.

We dressed up, fed chickens, had an interlude to the medical centre, jumped off tables and did some gardening.

It's a humbling thing - being invited into a young family's home to take photos and seeing the intricacies of human lives beginning and being nurtured. I'm humbled.

Family is a very special thing. When you think about it, family is what makes you who you are.

Today, I spent time with this whole other family of four: Cindy, Dan, Matilda and Kenzie. Four amazing human beings.
